PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Pay Pal payments. For your convenient we, also, accept money orders and or business checks but order will not leave the warehouse until the checks are all clear from the bank.



SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped directly from the distribution centers via UPS Ground. Please provide us with accurate shipping address for your orders to avoid any unnecessary delay and or additional shipping charges. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 3 business days. After the orders are shipped, it may take another 1 to 5 business days for you to receive your order. Please provide us with accurate billing address that matches the address on your credit card statement to avoid any unnecessary delays or cancellation of your order.

SHIPPING CHARGES:
Shipping charges are calculated as

$ 1.00 - $ 99.99 shipping fee is $10

$100.00 - $199.99 shipping fee is $18

$200.00 - $249.99 shipping fee is $25

$250.00 + SHIPPING IS FREE

CANCELLATION:

Cancellation may only be made before your order has been processed for shipment. Most orders are processed for shipment within 2-5 hours after your order has been placed. In the event that a product is unavailable on your order, we reserve the right to cancel the order for the affected product(s) or cancel the entire order. All prices are subject to change without notice and we are not responsible for typographical errors.

RETURN POLICY:

  • Any shortages or damages sustained in transit must be reported and noted at the time     of receipt of merchandise and Mega City Wholesale must be notified within 24 hours of     receipt of merchandise.
  • For any returns a Return Authorization Number(RAN) must be obtained before any     merchandise can be returned, otherwise returns will not be accepted.
  • All cartons returned must have the RAN printed on the outside of the box and be visible     or the package will be refused.
  • Your return must include a copy of the invoice showing the item(s) you are returning     and the reason for return.
  • Misused or improperly cared for products will not be accepted.
  • Merchandise accepted for return for reasons other than manufacturer defects must be     returned within 30 days form the date when the they were received.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

    International shipping is available to many countries; however, certain items can not be shipped outside the United States. For international orders, please e-mail us your orders and the address in which is going to be shipped to. We will determine the shipping cost, and notify you by e-mail. If you agree to our terms, then, you can place your order.
